As you walk through the door you are welcomed into a light-filled and spacious open-plan living area oozing with homely charm. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare nourishing meals for your family and the indoor dining table comfortably seats eight guests beside tropical garden views.
The cozy lounge features two comfortable sofas and an armchair facing the large smart TV and there’s another small lounge facing the patio doors with views of the garden, giving plenty of seating options for large groups.
Through the patio doors, you’re treated to a tropical garden, set up for moments of relaxation and togetherness. The private pool waits for guests to take a refreshing dip, surrounded by sun loungers and gazebo with outdoor sofas. After your swim, enjoy an outdoor shower among the trees where guests can spot colorful native birds.
The BBQ grill is a great place for entertaining, accompanied by a bar with comfortable stools and set amongst the topical surroundings, while the covered outdoor dining table is ready for al-fresco meals under the stars.
The four bedrooms comfortably sleep up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom has a WC, basin and shower.
The villa features a washer and dryer for your convenience, and beside them is a set of beach essentials including beach chairs and a cooler to take with you on days out visiting the nearby beaches.
In front of the villa there is a shaded carport with private parking space for two cars. The property is fully fenced.
